Welcome to Coronado's School of Quezon City, Inc. - Online Identification Card Application

This Online Identification Card application saves you time by letting you complete the application before visiting CSQCi.
When you arrive, CSQCi I.T. Officer can hand over the requested identification card.

In order to request your identification card online, it is required that students first request their Coronado Account.

Ensure that you had your haircut and prepare the proper attire

Students are expected to abide to the rules and regulations of Coronado's School of Quezon City, Inc. in proper haircut and proper attire for their identification card photo.

Make sure that you will provide the correct information

Students are expected to abide to the rules and regulations of Coronado's School of Quezon City, Inc. in providing the correct information for the Student Identification Card.

Identification Card Policies

The CSQCi Student Identification Card serves as a valid proof that the learner is a bonafide student of CSQCi and entitles the bearer to all benefits and priviliges the school provides.

Terms and Conditions

1. CSQCi Student IDs are valid for one (1) academic year and are non-transferable.

2. The Student's ID must be visibly worn on campus and presented when asked by any CSQCi personnel.

3. The ID card must be worn with the provided lanyard at all times while on campus and during School Events.

4. Tampering or improper use of the ID is subject to appropriate sanction.

5. In case of loss, damage, and misuse of changes in the fetcher's information, the ID should be
returned or the incident should be reported to the Information Technology Resource Office (ITRO) for appropriate action.

The CSQCi Fetcher's Identification Card serves as a pass for fetchers when fetching the student. 

Terms and Conditions

1. CSQCi Fetcher's IDs are valid for one (1) academic year and are non-transferable.

2. A fetcher's ID will be issued to authorized fetchers of the students. The fetcher is required to present this ID when he/she enter the school premises.

3. The Fetcher's ID must be visibly worn on campus and presented when asked by any CSQCi personnel.

4. The Fetcher's ID must be visibly worn on campus and presented when asked by any CSQCi personnel.

5. Tampering or improper use of the ID is subject to appropriate sanction.

2. The School Gate Pass must be inserted in the identfication card case and to be presented when asked by any CSQCi personnel.

The CSQCi Alumni Identification Card helps identify you as an official graduate of Coronado's School of Quezon City, Inc. and serves as a badge for being a Coronian.

Terms and Conditions

1. Only verified CSQCi graduates may apply for CSQCi Alumni ID Card.

2. The cardholder is only entitled to hold one Alumni ID Card at a time.

3. The cardholder must not allow any other person to use his/her Alumni ID Card.

4. The cardholder must keep his/her Alumni ID Card worn at all times while on campus.

5. Any misuse, alteration, or fabrication of Alumni ID Card will subject the cardholder to disciplinary action by the school.

6. If the card is damaged or becomes otherwise unusable, it is the cardholder’s responsibility to replace it. A replacement fee is payable. Cardholder is to return the old card for a replacement card.

Frequently Asked Questions

A: The CSQCi Identification Card serves as a valid proof that the learner is a bonafide student of CSQCi and entitles the bearer to all benefits and priviliges the school provides.

A: You may proceed to the School's ITRO Office to request your identification card. Students may obtain their free identification card by presenting their registration card upon enrollment the CSQCi ITRO Office is open.

Office hours is 8:00 am to 4:00 pm from Mondays to Fridays.

A: Yes. Students are required to apply for another identification card every school year. This card will be your Identification Card throughout your Academic Year at CSQCi upon enrollment every school year. 

A: Upon application, it takes 3 - 4 days for your request to be processed.
Kindly drop by CSQCi's Information Technology Resource Office (ITRO) to claim your Identification Card.

A: Get a replacement card at the CSQCi ITRO Office. A fee is charged to replace the Identification Card.

For Student Identification Card replacement (inclusive of Lanyard, ID protector) - 400.00 php
For Fetcher's Identification Card replacement / additional (inclusive of Lanyard, ID protector) - 250.00 php
For School Gate Pass - 175.00 php
For Alumni ID - 350.00 php

A: Listed below are some dos and dont's about using your CSQCi Identification Card:

• Do know where your Identification Card is at all times.
• Do carry your card with you. All students must have their student ID cards in their possession while on CSQCi Campus
• Do come in and get a new ID if yours is lost, stolen, or damaged.
• Don't mistreat your ID card, while the card can serve many functions, there are some things it was not designed to do (ice scraper, lockpick, ruler, etc.)
• Don't allow someone else to use your Identification Card. Possession of another student's identification card may be considered a violation of School Regulations and could submit both the user and the card owner to disciplinary action.
